Exchanges and Replacements

At Burbari, we strive to provide shoes that meet our high standards of quality and craftsmanship. If you need to exchange an item for a different size, we’re here to help. For an exchange, customers will need to send the product back to our warehouse, covering the delivery charges. Please ensure the item is in its original condition, with no signs of wear, scuff marks, or alterations.

We’re able to process one size exchange per purchase. If an additional size change is requested, it will be subject to product availability, and Burbari reserves the right to decline the request if the product is unavailable. If the item is exchanged for a lower-priced product, a coupon for the price difference will be provided, redeemable on future purchases. No cash refunds will be issued in this case.

Refunds

We aim to deliver products in perfect condition, but if a product arrives damaged, we will issue a full refund, including delivery charges, upon receipt and inspection of the item at our warehouse.

For returns due to a change of mind, we deduct a handling fee of Rs200 for delivery and Rs400 for processing (packing materials and labor) from the refund amount. Refund requests must be submitted within 3 business days of delivery, and refunds are only processed once the product arrives at our warehouse and has been inspected by our team.

Important Considerations

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, items must be in original, unused condition, with no signs of wear on the soles or upper and in their original packaging.

Any delays caused by third-party couriers do not qualify for refunds, as these circumstances are beyond Burbari’s control.
